EPCC contract from Petronas Carigali
OceanMight, a subsidiary of KKB Engineering, has received Letter of Award (LOA) for provision from Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for the Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) & Installation of Wellhead Platform for BKD-A and Host Tie-In Modification at BNCPP-B Topsides – Bakau Non-Associated Gas Development Project.
The project execution period is Nineteen (19) months.
EPCC contract from PTTEP Sarawak
In a separate filing to Bursa Malaysia, OceanMight also announced that the company has received Letter of Award (LOA) from the PTTEP Sarawak Oil Limited for the Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Pemanis Satellite (PESA) Topside for PTTEP’s Sarawak SK309 Development.
The project execution period is Eleven (11) months
The group added that the contracts will have no effect on Share Capital of KKB and is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of the Group for the duration of the contracts.
