Perdana Petroleum bags AHTS and AWB contract from Dayang Enterprise

Perdana Petroleum through its wholly owned subsidiary, Perdana Nautika Sdn Bhd secured four (4) time charter contracts from its major shareholder, Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the group said that the contracts with Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd (“DESB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd (“Dayang”), to charter two (2) units accommodation workbarge (“AWB”) and two (2) units anchor handling tug & supply (“AHTS”) vessels for an estimated total contract value of RM50.1 million.
