Dayang Enterprise wins maintenance contract from Mubadala Petroleum

KUALA LUMPUR (15 Jan 2021): Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd announced yesterday that it has been awarded a three-year maintenance contract from Mubadala Petroleum’s entity, MDC Oil & Gas (SK320) Ltd.

In a statement to Bursa Malaysia, Dayang mentioned that the contract was awarded the Provision of Pan Malaysia Maintenance, Construction and Modification (the PM-MCM Contract) to its wholly-owned Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd (DESB) .

This latest contract was the third contract announced in a period of one month. Previously, Dayang announced that the Group bagged topside major maintenance and accomodation work boat contract from Shell

“The value of the contract is based on work orders issued by Mubadala Petroleum throughout the contract duration and shall include any or all other work and services which is generally related to the scope of works in this PM-MCM Contract at a fixed schedule of rates,” it said.

Mubadala Petroleum is an oil and gas exploration and production company, headquatered in Abu Dhabi. On 2014, Mubala Petroleum announced it made a new gas discovery with significant commercial potential in Malaysia, its fourth discovery within its operating block. It found substantial gas in the Pegaga well in its operating block SK320.
